nigirisushi

Nigiri Sushi – a classic Japanese treat: hand-pressed sushi rice topped with fresh, high-quality fish or seafood. Perfect for tasting authentic Japanese flavours.

sukiyaki

Sukiyaki – a popular Japanese hot pot with thinly sliced beef, vegetables, tofu, and noodles simmered in a sweet and savoury soy-based broth. Best enjoyed together at the table!

zarusoba

Zaru Soba – chilled buckwheat noodles served on a bamboo tray, dipped into a savoury soy sauce called tsuyu. Very refreshing, especially in summer.

Salmon sashimi – fresh, raw salmon thinly sliced and served without rice.

Miso soup with tender daikon and sweet potato – combines savoury miso with natural sweetness and hearty vegetables.
